To enhance our trading surveillance and strengthen risk management controls, Griffinest Asia Securities, LLC has implemented the following trading restrictions for all applicable NetXInvestor accounts, effective immediately.
Rule 1023 – Non-NMS Securities
- • Applies to all NetXInvestor accounts.
- • Orders involving Non-NMS securities (such as certain OTC securities) will be automatically placed on STOP.
Rule 1205 – Low-Priced Securities for New Accounts
- • Applies to NetXInvestor accounts opened within the past 360 days.
- • Buy orders for securities priced below US$1.00 per share will be automatically placed on STOP
- • Sell orders are not subject to this restriction.
